RegenR8 is currently working with multiple Language groups and Communities in numerous capacities including developing apps, software and websites through to culture consulting and planning. We are currently contracted via the Australian Government (Ministry of the Arts) through Murdi Paaki Regional Enterprise Corporation (MPREC) to work with the following language groups.
We are currently working with Melissa Kirby and Phil Sullivan to record language at Muda 2CuzFm. These efforts will be developed into learning resources as guided and requested by the community.
Murray Butcher is currently working hard in Wilcannia to compile and develop language resources. He will then work with local radio station Wilcannia River Radio to record language examples to place within the dictionary app and further learning resources.
We are currently working with Barriekneal Housing and Community language workers to record the GY language. Once this time consuming process is complete we hope to have a dictionary app released by end of third/start of fourth quarter 2016.
